Grays Inn Road, London

The building was due to undergo major refurbishment.  The scope of works aimed to assist the Client in better understanding the condition of the concrete frame alongside determining reinforcement layouts in columns, beams and slabs.  This included GPR scanning, concrete coring, intrusive breakouts, making good and putting together a report of the findings. 

Outcome:  All cores and material samples were collected and analysed in a UKAS laboratory and site works were completed on time and within budget.
